The Lord Chancellor and Mrs. Justice Cheema-Grubb found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Conduct fell below standard expected of a magistrate
• Involved in domestic dispute

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Lord Chancellor and Justice Cheema-Grubb, both apologists for Magistrate Misfits, punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
