Attorney Jason Napoli of New Orleans; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana provided Jason Charles Napoli with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

In January 2017, Judge Laurie White found Jason in contempt based on a series of text messages wherein Jason claimed Judge White had badmouthed him. At the time, Jason was employed as an Assistant District Attorney in New Orleans.

Judge White stated that she would impose a contempt sentence after 90 days had passed, during which time he would be on a probationary period in her eyes. (Times-Picayune) Judge White went on to state to Jason:

• “I find your gullibility causes you to be moved to action to this court and judge as result of rumor and pettiness.”  
• “Your emotional intelligence needs strengthening, as well as controlling your impulses that causes you to be inappropriate to this court.”

As we speak (March 2017), Jason continues to be employed as an Assistant DA with the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office in New Orleans, Louisiana.
