Attorney Shola Sutton of Houston, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas provided Shola Anthony Sutton with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Shola guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit client to make an informed decision regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Shola by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (March 2017), Shola practices with the Sutton Law Firm PC at 6001 Savoy Drive in Houston, Texas.
