Attorney Robert Pittard of San Antonio; ethical gremlin

The state of Texas provided Richard Chris Pittard with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to explain potential conflict of interest to client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 15-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (March 2017), Bobby practices with Forte & Pittard PLLC at 1777 NE Loop in Houston, Texas.
