Attorney Edward Rollins of Elkton, MD; convicted perv

The state of Maryland provided Edward Ellis Rollins with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

At the time of his criminal conduct, Eddy was employed as the State’s Attorney for Cecil County, Maryland.

In one matter, Eddy was convicted of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct as a result of a jury verdict. He received a complimentary suspended sentence of 90 days, 18 months of supervised probation and a $1,000 fine. He was also ordered to perform 100 hours of community service at the local gentleman’s club.

At the time of the incident, Eddy the Perv was in Ocean City to speak at the conference of the Maryland State’s Attorneys’ Association. Ocean City police said at the time of Rollins’ June 2016 arrest that they were dispatched to the hotel in response to a report of a nude man on a balcony.

At trial the criminal trial, Eddie was accused of having sex with his wife and other lewd acts inside his tenth-floor hotel room at the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel, near the sliding glass balcony door. (Debra Cassens Weiss)

Four female residents of a condo across the street testified at Eddy’s trial that he had danced naked and posed by the glass door.

Immediately after the jury found him guilty, Eddie, knowing he would be fired as State’s Attorney for Cecil County, resigned from said position before he was sentenced.

As we speak (March 2017), Eddy the Perv practices at 131 East Main Street in Elkton, Maryland.
