Attorney Harry Spikes of DC; scammer

The state of District of Columbia provided Harry T. Spikes with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Howard University Law School.

The D.C. Court of Appeals found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Filed sham actions v. attorney who filed ethics complaint against him
  • Engaged in conduct seriously interfering with administration of justice
  • Sham lawsuits filed against persons who were statutorily immune from suit

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the D.C. Court of Appeals punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Harry practices at 23828 L'Enfant Plaza SW in Washington, DC.
