Attorney Grenville Clark III of Manchester, NH; moronic slacker

The state of New Hampshire provided Grenville Clark III with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Stanford University Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standardfound Grenville guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to forward discovery requests to client
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to explain the legal and practical aspects of a legal matter and alternative courses of action to allow client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Failed to finalize client’s answers to discovery requests
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standard punished Grenville by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (March 2017), Grenville practices at with Gray Wendell & Clark at 650 Elm Street in Manchester, New Hampshire.
