Attorney Lynn Morse of Exeter, NH; Dumbo, repeat offender

The state of New Hampshire provided Lynn D. Morse with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standardfound Lynn guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to comply with court order in probate matter
  • Failed to provide estate inventory as required
  • Over 2-year period filed for 12 extensions to file estate inventory
  • Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  • Failed act with due diligence (slacker
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Submitted false evidence and statements
  • Committed deceptive practices during disciplinary process (Up yours, said Lynn!)
  • Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
  • Clients were quite vulnerable since they were elderly and/or infirm

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Lynn’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standard punished Lynn by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (March 2017), Lynn practices at 81 Water Street in Exeter, New Hampshire.
