Attorney Jennifer Sun of Diamond Bar, CA; perjurer

The state of California provided Jennifer Y. Sun with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.

The California State Bar found Jenny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jenny found it acceptable to falsely testify under penalty of perjury that she was in compliance with his Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) requirements when she was not.

As consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Jenny was never criminally prosecuted for perjury.
