Judge Cesar Perez of Eagle Pass, TX; Dufus, Judge Roy Bean Wannabee

Judge Cesar Perez sits as Justice of the Peace in Maverick County, Texas.

FYI: Judge Roy Bean was a saloon-keeper and Justice of the Peace in Val Verde County, Texas, who called himself “The Law West of the Pecos.”

Recently, the Texas Judicial Commission found Cesar guilty of the following misconduct:
  • Failing to maintain competence [Moron] in the law
  • Failure to follow the law
  • Violating the due process rights of defendant’s appearing in his so-called court
  • Failing to advice adequate notice of any trial dates to either party
  • Seeking favorable treatment (aka, case fixing) for personal friends
  • Unlawfully entering rulings even though he had no jurisdiction to so act
The wimps, enablers and apologists sitting on the Texas Judicial Commission punished Cesar by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

In addition, the Commission laughingly ordered that Roy Bean obtain five (5) hours of instruction with a mentor in the area of proper procedures.

An unreliable source indicated that Cesar’s mentor-of-choice was none other Tom Delay.

As we speak (ca. June 2011) this loser continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace in Eagle Pass, Texas. Is this a joke or what?
