Attorney Wanemond Smith of Chicago; ethical dwarf 

The state of Illinois presented Wanemond Smith with a law license in 1995.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Wanemond guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Misused funds lawfully belonging to clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Wanemond by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (March 2017), Wanemond practices with the Law office of Wanemond Smith P.C. at 203 North LaSalle in Chicago, Illinois.
