Attorney Kevin Nedved of Chicago; lying scammer

The state of Illinois presented Kevin Gerard Nedved with a law license in 1986.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct tending to defeat the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct tending to bring counts/legal profession into disrepute (What’s new?)
• Provided staff with fabricated document
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Provided false status reports to clients
• Fabricated court orders
• Neglected more than sixty (60) collection cases

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (March 2017), Kevin practices with the Nedved Law Partners & Consultants at 2611 West Agatite in Chicago, Illinois.
