Unfortunately for the good folks in the Dallas area, Tommy has been sitting a Justice of the Peace since 1991.
Staring in October 2005, the State Commission on Judicial Conduct began receiving and investigating numerous complaints alleging that cases filed Judge Jones’ court were being mishandled and neglected. Over the next few years (ca. 2005-2009), the Commission investigated more than 26 cases filed against the Dishonorable Thomas Jones by litigants and judges, all of whom claimed that in their dealings with Tommy the Loser, they encountered:
In condemnation of Tommy’s egregious misconduct, the wimps, enablers and apologists sitting on the State Commission on Judicial Conduct punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary public admonition. Gosh and Gollies, I bet that really hurt, right Tommy?
As we speak (ca. June 2011) Tommy the Loser remains sitting on the Court in Dallas. What a joke!!!
