Former Judge Arnulfo Bugtas of the Philippines; lazy loser

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Arnulfo O. Bugtas with a law license in 1961 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines Law School.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Arnulfo guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Disorderly in running affairs of the court
  • Grossly negligent
  • Engaged in gross inefficiency
  • Failed to render decisions within 90-days as law required
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to act in observance of the Constitution
  • Failed to preserve integrity and competence of judiciary
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to submit orders for archiving

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Philippine Supreme Court punished Arnulfo by gifting him with a complimentary fine of P150,000.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Arnulfo practices in Dolores, Samar, Philippines.
