Solicitor Katherine Simpson of London, UK; convicted stalker

The Law Society presented Katherine Simpson with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the University of Edinburgh Law School.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of stalking woman who had an affair with her barrister husband
• Served with restraining order for writing three letters to woman she stalked
• Conviction involved disreputable conduct
• Made to look ridiculous in the eyes of the world at large

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary fine of £1,000 ($1,246).

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Kathy practices with Pemberton Greenish LLP at 45 Cadogan Gardens in London, England.
