Judge William Garrard of Indianapolis; convicted drunk

The state of Indiana provided William Irwin Garrard with a law license in 1959 after she graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Judicial Qualifications Commission found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy was convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (DUI) and endangering another person.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Billy continues to sit as a Senior Court of Appeals judge in Indianapolis, Indiana.
