Attorney Nicanor Villarosa of the Philippines; ethical dwarf

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Nicanor V. Villarosa with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines Law School.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Nick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly withdrew representation of client
  • Failed to provide client with undivided allegiance
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Failed to obtain written consent to represent parties with conflicting interests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Philippine Supreme Court punished Nick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Nick practices in Bacolod City, Philippines.
