Attorney Vicente Rellosa of the Philippines; scofflaw  

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Vicente Rellosa with a law license in 1955 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines Law School.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Vicente guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with integrity and dignity (And your point is?)
• Engaged in unlawful, dishonest, immoral and/or deceitful conduct
• Failed to uphold Philippine Constitution
• Failed to promote respect for the law and legal processes
• Failed to obey the laws of the land

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Philippine Supreme Court punished Vicente by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Vicente practices in Siniloan, Laguna, Philippines.
