Attorney Ernesto Pilla of the Philippines; lying scammer

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Ernesto H. Pilla with a law license in 1957 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines Law School.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Ernie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Lied he had no knowledge of forged special power of attorney issued in his favor
  • Personal beneficiary of falsified document
  • Submitted to bank forged/falsified Power of Attorney to obtain a loan
  • Betrayed his oath as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Philippine Supreme Court punished Ernie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Ernie practices in Fabrica, Sagay, Negros, Philippines.
