Attorney Arnel Alcaraz of the Philippines; gun toting bully

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Arnel C. Alcaraz with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines Law School.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Arnel guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, while Arnel was driving along the South Superhighway upon entering the Sucat Toll Gate heading towards Makati, Arnel, who was driving a Nissan Infiniti suddenly cut across the complainant’s path while overtaking him and almost hit his car had he not been able to evade it.

The complainant chased Arnel’s car and when he was side by side with his car, he angrily confronted him and then drove on. However, Arnel chased the complainant and shot him twice but fortunately missed him by a few inches, but broken glass coming from the shattered window hit him and slightly wounded his right arm and stomach.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Philippine Supreme Court punished Arnel by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Arnel practices in Pandi, Bulacan, Philippines.
