Attorney Donald Birner of Pekin, IL; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Donald Kent Birner with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct tending to defeat administration of justice
• Shared legal fees with nonlawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (March 2017), Donnie practices at 2613 Mayflower Drive in Pekin, Illinois.
