Attorney Steven Kreiss of DC; moronic slacker

The state of District of Columbia provided Steven Kreiss with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The D.C. Court of Appeals found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to represent client zealously
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to timely file brief in immigration matter
• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit client to make an informed decision regarding the representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Negligence led to client being deported

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the D.C. Court of Appeals punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary admonition. 

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Stevie practices with the Law Office of Steven Kreiss at 1120 Connecticut Avenue NW in Washington, DC.
