Attorney Richard Keefe of Tucson; deadbeat, de facto criminal

Recently the Arizona Supreme Court found attorney Richard Keefe guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Failing to safekeep client property (aka, money)
  2. Conversion of client funds
  3. Failure to maintain and preserve complete records
  4. Failing to exercise professional care (aka, moron/idiot)
This wasn’t Dick’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. In 2008 Dick was found guilty of multiple trust account violations. For this misconduct the wimps at the State Bar punished Dick by presenting him with a complimentary “informal reprimand.” Whew wee, I bet that really hurt!

For his repeat performance and 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree, the enablers and apologists sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary censure and two years worth of probation.

As we speak (ca. June 2011) Dick the Loser continues to practice law at 257 North Stone Street in Tucson.
