Solicitor Domenic Carbone of New South Wales; repeat offender

 

The Law Society presented Domenic Carbone with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

 

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Domenic guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Domenic’s 1st bite at the Solicitor Misfit Apple Tree

 

  • Failed to comply with requirement per Legal Profession Act
  • Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
  • Caused a matter file to be destroyed or otherwise made unavailable in breach of his obligation to retain same securely
  • Failed to disclose costs
  • Failed to provide or delayed in providing an accounting
  • Failed to respond adequately to correspondence

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Domenic by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Domenic’s 2nd bite at the Solicitor Misfit Apple Tree

 

  • Failed to comply with a Notice under Section 152 of the Legal Profession Act 1987
  • Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to transfer files

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Domenic by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Domenic practices at 91 George Street in Parramatta, New South Wales.
