Attorney Ralph Lerner of New York City; serial crook

The state of New York presented Ralph Ernest Lerner with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Ralph guilty of the following misconduct

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Charged law firm for 448 car service rides taken by immediate members of his family which he improperly charged to firm clients
• Required to reimburse firm $50,000 for improper billings to various client accounts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Ralph by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Ralph practices with Ralph E. Lerner LLC at 590 Madison Avenue in New York, New York.
