Attorney Richard Gilbert of New York City; thieving loser

The state of New York presented Richard Adam Gilbert with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the Cardozo Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to refund unearned fee (thief)
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Dick practices with Levine & Gilbert at 115 Christopher Street in New York, New York.
