Attorney Lisa Schultz of Boise, ID; convict, druggie

The state of Idaho presented Lisa Doreen Shultz with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the New College of California Law School. New College is a 4^th tier school dedicated to taking in loser that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream schools like USC, University of Idaho, UC Davis or the University of Montana.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Lisa guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Lisa was charged with one misdemeanor count of using a telephone to disturb the peace, relating to her contact with a former legal intern. She subsequently pled guilty and sentenced to five days in jail.

In another matter, Lisa entered guilty pleas to misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The Court entered a Withheld Judgment and ordered Lisa to complete a one-month unsupervised probation. The possession and paraphernalia charges were later dismissed.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Lisa by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Lisa.  

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Lisa practices at 5860 South Schooner in Boise, Idaho.
