Attorney Dario Zaffarano of Ames, IA; slacker

The state of Idaho presented Dario Drayton Zaffarano with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Hamline University Law School.

The Disciplinary Board found Dario guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to file final report in an estate matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dario!)
