Attorney Seth Bloom of New Orleans; ethical gremlin

The state of Louisiana presented Seth J. Bloom with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Seth guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately maintain client financial records
• Negligence led to negligent conversion (theft) of client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Seth by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Seth.
