Attorney Carol Powell-Lexing of Monroe, LA; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Carol D. Powell-Lexing with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Carol guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross commingling of client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Carol by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Carol.
