Attorney Jeffrey Duggan of Kealakekua, HI; lying loser

The state of Jeffrey James Duggan presented with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made a false statement of material fact on bar admission application
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to disclose fact necessary to correct a misapprehension known to have arisen in the matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Jeff practices with the Law Offices of Jeffrey J. Duggan in Kealakekua, Hawaii.
