Attorney Joseph Mole of New Orleans; ethical leprechaun

The state of Louisiana presented Joseph N. Mole with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Tulane University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Stated or implied an ability to influence improperly a judge, judicial officer, governmental agency or official or to achieve results by means that violate the Rules of Professional Conduct or other law
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished joey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Joey will resume practicing with Frilot LLC at 1100 Poydras Street in New Orleans, Louisiana when her suspension ends in March 2017.
