Attorney Bryan Gates Jr. of Winston Salem; ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina presented Bryan E. Gates Jr. with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Bryan guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bryan was appointed to represent indigent clients in appeals of their criminal convictions. He took no action to pursue the cases, thereby jeopardizing his clients’ right to appellate review.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina State Bar punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Bryan practices at 102 West Third Street in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
