Attorney Logan Johnston III of Phoenix; serial drunken convict

The state of Illinois presented Logan Truax Johnston III with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Logan guilty of the following misconduct.

Over the course of several years, Logan had four separate convictions of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Logan by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Logan.

As we speak (February 2017), Logan practices with the Johnston Law Offices PLC at 1402 East Mescal Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
