Attorney John Pawloski of Belleville, IL; thieving slacker

The state of Illinois presented John F. Pawloski with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny misappropriated (stole) more than $25,000 from three estates where he had been appointed as temporary public guardian.

In another matter, Johnny failed to diligently (slacker) represent three other clients.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Illinois are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else Johnny was never criminally charged with grand theft.

As we speak (July 2017), Johnny practices at 30 East Main Street in Belleville, Illinois.
