The state of Illinois presented James J. Woods Jr. with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

The Disciplinary Board found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to properly maintain required books and records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
