Attorney John Ryan Jr. of Reston, VA; repeat offender

The state of Virginia presented John Edward Ryan Jr. with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from William & Mary University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny ailed to act with due diligence (slacker) as executor for an estate in making required filings with a commissioner of accounts and in disbursing funds to estate beneficiaries.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in the type of misconduct involving the same estate matter.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Johnny practices with Acorn Estate Planning PLLC at 1875 Campus Commons Drive in Reston, Virginia.
