Attorney Thomas Murphy of Manassas, VA; ethical dwarf  

The state of Virginia presented Thomas Orville Murphy with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

  The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy Murphy engaged in a conflict of interest when he represented two clients in their bankruptcy cases when he was at the same time a secured creditor of the parties.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
