Attorney Tracey Lenox of Woodbridge, VA; slacker

The state of Virginia presented Tracey Alma Lenox with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Tracey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Permitted closure of client file before settlement check processed
  • Failed to make reasonable efforts to ensure that other lawyers in her firm were observing the Rules of Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Tracey by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Tracey practices with Nichols Zauzig Sandler, P.C. at 12660 Lake Ridge Drive in Woodbridge, Virginia.
