Bruce Duane Carroll received his law license from the California Supreme Court in 1983 after graduating from Chicago University School Of Law.
 
In 2010, the California State Bar Court found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct:
  • Performing legal services incompetently
  • Failure to communicate with clients
  • Failing to object court orders
  • Refusing to release a client file
  • Improperly withdrew from representation of a client
  • Refused to cooperate with the State Bar’s investigation
Bruce admitted he was guilty of 18 specific acts of misconduct that involved three client matters.
 
In one civil matter, after filing a complaint he effectively withdrew from the case. As a result, the case eventually was dismissed and the Court sanctioned Bruce to the tune of $4,151 because he:
  • Failed to respond to discovery requests
  • Did not attend depositions
  • Failed to attend hearings
  • And failed to file anything in opposition to various motions to protect his client
The wimps and certified enablers sitting the California Bar Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary two year period of probation.    
 
As we speak (ca. May 2011) this loser is practicing law at 424 North Bellflower Blvd. in Long Beach, California.
