Attorney Edmund Matricardi III of Reva, VA; convicted felon

The state of Virginia presented Edmund Arthur Matricardi III with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Eddy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Eddy was convicted of the felony offense of interception of a wire communication in violation of USC 2511(a).

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Eddy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
