Attorney Pamela Fisk of Texarkana, TX; imbecile

The state of Texas presented Pamela Bradshaw Fisk with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Pam guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly respond to client information requests
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Pam by gifting her with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (January 2017), Pam practices at 901 North State Line Avenue in Texarkana, Texas.
