Attorney Gregory Samuels of Vancouver, CAN; lying loser

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Gregory Samuels with a law license in 1994.

The Law Society of British Columbia Disciplinary Committee found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly withdrew, or authorized withdrawal of, US $9,690.05 from his trust account
• Failed to forward $10,202.20 to the Ministry of Health
• Misrepresented (lied) to client that a portion of the settlement proceeds would be paid to the Ministry of Health
• Failing to correct misrepresentation (lie)when he decided not to pay
• Commenced action in Superior Court of Washington State in the name of client w/o her authorization

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Greg practices with Greg Samuels, Cross Border Law Corporation at 1730 West 2nd Avenue in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
