Former Judge Philip Maenza of Morristown, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Philip J. Maenza with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Philadelphia City Ethics Board found Seth guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

After the New Jersey Senate Judiciary Committee’s decision in December not to release his nomination and deny Morris County Superior Court Family Judge Philip Maenza lifetime tenure, the Families Civil Liberties Union will be filing the complaint with the New Jersey Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct. The Families Civil Liberties Union has alleged that Philip engaged in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false statements under oath [perjury]
• Inappropriately spoke about matters that are before the courts despite the prohibitions of official Code of Judicial Conduct

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Philip by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct.
