Attorney Ashley Nichols of Lakewood, CO; slacker

The state of Colorado provided Ashley M. Nichols with a law license in 2007.

The Colorado State Bar found Ashley guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

• Failed to keep a client informed about the status of matter

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation 

• Failed to advise client court dismissed his case due to Ashley’s negligence

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Ashley by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Ashley practices with Hindman Sanchez at 555 Zang Street in Lakewood, Colorado.
