Attorney Robert Danenberg of Pittsburgh, PA; convicted fraudster

The state of Pennsylvania presented Robert M. Danenberg with a law license in 1985.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby was convicted in federal court of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and sentenced to two years in prison.

Bobby engaged in mortgage fraud with regard to ten different lenders, and agreed that he caused a loss of $250,000.

In addition to participating in the crime himself, Bobby directed five or more employees to take part in his crimes.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him, with a complimentary 30-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Bobby practices at 2754 Beechwood Blvd in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

CAUTION: Bobby is not covered by legal malpractice insurance
