Attorney Grahame Richards Jr. of Philadelphia, PA; convicted thief

The state of Pennsylvania presented Grahame P. Richards Jr. with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from Temple University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Grahame guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Grahame pled guilty to forgery, theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception and was imprisoned for one year.

The criminal convictions came about as a direct result of his misappropriation (theft) of more than $1 million in client funds.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Grahame by gifting him, with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Grahame practices at 100 North 18th Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

CAUTION:  Grahame is not covered by legal malpractice insurance
