Attorney Ronald Gross of Etters, PA; slacker

The state of Pennsylvania presented Ronald James Gross with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to represent a client diligently in a will contest
• Failed to represent a client diligently in sentence modification matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him, with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
