Attorney Shannon Holcomb of Montrose, CO; convicted batterer

The state of Colorado provided Shannon Charles Holcomb with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Shannon guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Shannon had an argument with his then-fiancée. Per police reports, Ashley threw water at her and pushed her toward the stairs, causing her to stumble.

Subsequently, Ashley pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct—Unreasonable Noise, a class 1 petty offense, with “domestic violence enhancer proven.”

Ashley’s sentence included 12 months of supervised probation with domestic violence evaluation and treatment. It is rumored that Ashley opted to enroll in a domestic violence program at the Mel Gibson Institute for Wife Beaters located in Beverly Hills, California.

As direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Shannon by gifting him with a complimentary censure

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Shannon practices with the Holcomb Law Firm, PC in Montrose, Colorado.
