Unfortunately for the good citizens of the Eugene, Oregon area, the Oregon Supreme Court presented Tommy with a law license in 1976.
In mid-2010, Johnny was found guilty of the following misconduct by Disciplinary Board:
After he
 aring all of the evidence, a majority of the trial panel voted to disbar Ol’ Tommy Boy. However, the losers sitting on the Oregon Surpeme Court overruled disbarment and voted to punish Tommy by gifting him with complimentary 60 day suspension.
These certified losers, that’d by the justices of the Oregon Supreme Court, have provided further proof that Attorney Misfits are held to a lower standard of conduct then we are.
As we speak (ca. May 2011) this certified loser is practicing his so-called brand of law at 915 Oak Street in Eugene compliments of the enablers sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court.
